Featured Song: TIDES – I Found You.
Dan Song, an LA-based producer and guitar player, and Innocent Tswamuno, a NY-based singer/songwriter, piano player and producer, together make artist duo TIDES. Their sound is one of modern day R&B, interspersed with elements of pop and electronica to form something fresh and unique.
“I Found You” is a gospel-inspired effort that showcases Tswamuno’s sultry vocals and the pair’s infectious composition and arrangement. The vocal harmonization on this one is super catchy, and the track is anchored by some traditional trap-sounding elements which play off the church-like synths and piano melodies perfectly.
