Chicago-based artist Meech is quietly becoming one of the most electric, exciting vocalists in the scene right now, pumping out a steady flow of unique electro-soul hits with patent ease. Fellow Chicago native and relatively obscure producer Mic Lee produces the bulk of Meech’s work, and the former provides a consistently jaw-dropping canvas to the latter on which to paint his vocal mastery with vibrant colour.
“HBH” is evidence of the chemistry between the two artists, as Meech spits playfully over a wavy, hard-hitting instrumental to produce a memorable result. A recent Fête signee, watch out for Meech as he continues to make waves and bring his unique signature sound to a fast-growing fanbase.
