Under the moniker froyo ma, Covington, Louisiana native Zack Villere built a loyal fanbase with his awesome, unique, cutesy production, and lovely melodies.
But it’s his recent work as Zack Villere that’s been his most successful and eye-catching: In under a week, the music video for his latest track has racked up over 20,000 hits on YouTube and 14,000 likes on Twitter. The stats are one thing though – the music video and its heart-warming message are another. “Cool” is a whole lot more than a song gone viral; it’s got an uplifting message of self-love and acceptance – that everyone is cool in their own right, and that no one else needs to tell it to you for it to be true.
