Featured Song: west1ne – stand still [edit].
Easily one of our favourite producers, west1ne seems incapable of putting out anything short of incredible. What’s perhaps most intriguing about his musical style is its range and dynamicity – no two of his tracks sound the same, one never knows what to expect, and yet all of them are perfect in their own special way.
And in spite of his continued excellence, this “stand still” flip stands above the rest. There’s just something about this one that gives it such an incredibly special quality; it’s probably got something to do with the ethereal vibes, silky smooth vocals and chords, in tandem with the driving house-inspired drum pattern. But whatever it is, god damnnn, we can’t stop listening.
